About Collect-a-holics
|
Collect-a-holics was originally part of the Sydney in 2000 site and known as the
Collectors Corner. The page became so popular that we just had to let it grow and become
it's own master with it's own name. The page grew so big that it was not only hard to navigate but also hard to update, consequently we decided to do something about it, the result is the page you just came from. Not being much on collecting ourselves we didn't really see the need for a site like this one until we got one or two emails from people overseas looking for things here in Australia. It was no trouble to go look for them, in fact it was fun, and the idea for the site was born. Initially it was to be for Olympic collectibles only but it didn't take long for that idea to prove wrong. We have tried to make this place as much fun as we could and easy to navigate. We are always open to reasonable suggestions for improvement and welcome any comments thrown at us in this regard. Collect-a-holics is a totally public site and has no ties to any organisation, business or interest in the area of collecting or selling collectible items. The site is here for the sole purpose of making it just that little bit easier for collectors of anything at all to find others with the same interests or to find that illusive little gem they need to fill the cabinet. A couple of things for your general information :
The following points refer specifically to Collectors Add's, all other forms of advertsing are covered at the end of the page.
Add's and Banners for other than Collectibles.
Add's and/or Banners for goods or services Not related to Collectibles and add's which
will generate income for a business placing the add, may attract a fee. Everything else we do is free, so
if you are going to make a dollar out of an add on our site then so should we.
